Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Digital Commerce Head. The role involves leading and executing e-commerce and digital sales growth strategies, managing digital platforms, and overseeing business planning for online commerce.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and inform decision-making.

Expertise in Sales and E-Commerce operations, with a track record of increasing online revenue.

Experience in Business Planning, including implementing strategies to optimize digital and commercial performance.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Proven experience with digital commerce platforms and performance metrics is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
