Job Overview :

As a steward at La Loca Maria / La Panthera you will be an integral part of delivering an impeccable dining and cocktail experience to our discerning guests. Your attention to detail, excellent customer service, and passion for hospitality will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities :

Customer Service Excellence :

Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Order Taking and Delivery :

Take accurate orders, communicate with the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages to tables.

Menu Knowledge :

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine / spirit pairings. Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries.

Upselling :

Enhance the guest experience by suggesting additional items and promotions, maximizing sales and guest satisfaction.

Table Maintenance :

Maintain a polished and organized dining environment, including table setup, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Collaboration :

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless service and address any guest preferences or special requests.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a steward in a high-end restaurant or bar is highly desirable but not essential.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and cocktail preparation.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
