About the Role :

The Sourcing Executive – RM & PM will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring high-quality raw materials (such as essential oils, actives, fragrances, and surfactants) and packaging materials (such as bottles, jars, caps, labels, and cartons) for personal care products. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, supplier reliability, and timely availability of materials to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) used in personal care formulations.
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D , Quality , and Production teams to identify new ingredients or packaging innovations aligned with brand needs.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new vendors, materials, and sustainable alternatives.
• Manage supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, service, and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material samples, specifications, and technical data sheets (TDS, COA, MSDS, etc.).
• Ensure packaging materials meet brand design, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update vendor database, purchase orders, and sourcing documentation.
• Support cost optimization and new product development (NPD) initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing, and environmental compliance standards.
