About the Role
We are expanding into on-chain liquidity provision and automated market-making across
modern DEX ecosystems (e.g., Sui, Move-based chains, EVM-based chains, and v3-style
concentrated liquidity protocols).
This role focuses on building Rust-based trading infrastructure, DEX integrations, LP
management tools, and MEV-aware execution services.
This is a high-impact engineering role where you will work on real-time systems, blockchain
interaction layers, and automated strategies across multiple chains.
Key Responsibilities
On-Chain Market Making
- Build Rust-based engines for automated liquidity provision, price quoting, and
range management
Implement systems that update LP positions dynamically using volatility signals, pricefeeds, and inventory conditions
Integrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM / CLMM pools)Blockchain Integration
Build and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer :○ transaction construction and signing
○ on-chain event streaming
○ state queries
○ batch transactions and bundling
Implement reliable WebSocket, RPC, JSON-RPC integration with full error recoveryMEV-Aware Execution
Design execution pathways that minimise :○ front-running
○ sandwich attacks
○ flash-loan driven toxic flow
Contribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routing
logic
Research & Analytics Support
Develop tools to backtest CLMM strategies using historical chain dataBuild internal simulators for pool behaviour, liquidity shifts, fee accrual, andvolatility-driven regime changes
Provide high-quality analytics for trading decisions and pool designRequired Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level developmentUnderstanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management andtransaction life cycles
Experience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs)Understanding of AMM models, CLMM (v3-style) mechanics, liquidity ticks, andimpermanent loss
Strong engineering foundations : concurrency, distributed systems, API designComfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 toolingPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Sui, Solana, Move, or other modern parallel-execution blockchainsBackground in MEV-resistant execution, transaction bundling, or blockspace marketsExperience building market infrastructure (on-chain or off-chain)Familiarity with or experience in :○ bots interacting with DEXs
