Role Description

The Assistant Managers – Audit & Taxation are expected to possess sound knowledge and relevant experience in their respective domains to ensure delivery of high-quality work. The key responsibilities include :

Conducting financial and tax audits, including preparation and review of audit working papers.

Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, taxation laws, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Supporting the team in maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

CA Intermediate / Finalist,

CA Examination leave are planned and provided as per requirement

Sound knowledge of Companies Act , Direct & Indirect Taxation

Excellent Analytical Skills

Candidates based in neighboring areas of Malleshwaram, Bangalore will be preferred.

Strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations

Experience in the corporate advisory or Taxation advisory or business consulting field is a plus
