Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to join our boutique team. This role blends luxury retail sales with boutique operations , ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional experience while the store runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized jewelry recommendations.

Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Drive in-store and event sales to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.

Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury markets.

Provide after-sales service and ensure high client satisfaction.

Operations & Store Support

Support daily boutique operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.

Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.

Ensure visual merchandising and store ambience reflect luxury standards.

Maintain accurate sales and operational reports for management.

Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, trade shows, and client deliveries.

Handle client communications (calls, WhatsApp, emails) with professionalism.

Requirements Requirements

2-4 years of experience in retail sales and / or operations (luxury jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi / Kannada is a plus).

Passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.

Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during exhibitions / events.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Business, or Operations .

Requirements

Requirements : Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery). Basic understanding of jewellery and gemstones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and polished grooming. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Flexible to work on weekends and during peak business hours.
