Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Pune, Trivandrum (Hybrid / On-site).

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior HCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep domain expertise to lead and deliver end-to-end HCM implementations for our diverse client portfolio.

You will be the functional expert, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey from hire to retire, ensuring solution excellence and maximizing the value of their HCM investment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead End-to-End Implementations : Spearhead all phases of complex HCM implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
Client Engagement & Solution Design : Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design optimal HCM solutions that align with client needs.
Functional Expertise : Configure and implement the Core HR module along with at least one other key module, with a strong preference for Benefits.
Business Process Optimization : Map and analyze client business processes, recommending and configuring best-practice solutions within the HCM Cloud framework.
Issue Resolution & Governance : Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to the Project Manager.
Knowledge Leadership : Mentor junior team members, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and share knowledge across the practice.

Essential Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves) :

A minimum of 8-10 years of expert-level domain knowledge in HCM, covering the entire hire-to-retire employee lifecycle.

Proven track record of participating in a minimum of 5 end-to-end HCM implementations.

At least 2 of these 5 implementations must have been with HCM Cloud (Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion HCM).

Expert-level hands-on experience in configuring and implementing the Core HR module.

Expert-level hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules : Benefits.

In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes, data models, and data flow.

Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with direct responsibility for leading requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Must be open to domestic and international travel for both short and long-term assignments as required by project needs.
