We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President – Projects to lead high-end residential and commercial developments in South Mumbai .

The role demands strategic oversight, technical excellence, and strong leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery that aligns with the company’s luxury standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.
• Develop and implement execution strategies ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Resolve design and construction challenges effectively.
• Plan and control project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and value engineering.
• Coordinate procurement, contract approvals, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with BMC, RERA , and other statutory norms.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement innovative construction methodologies and sustainable practices.
