This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Service Executive. Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
