As a Corporate Legal Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and advising on legal matters related to our corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with U.S. and Indian legal frameworks, including drafting and reviewing NDAs, MSAs, and various contracts. Additionally, familiarity with accounting principles or a background as a Chartered Accountant (CA) would be highly advantageous.
