Garage Allocation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Garage Allocation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring every booking is allocated to the best available garage and minimizing customer and garage cancellations.

You will be responsible for assigning bookings to garages within our network, communicating with customers when bookings need to be rescheduled, checking in with the garage network for availability, providing customers with updates, and flagging issues with garages to our Account Management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or operations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Benefits

This is a fully remote position with a salary range of ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month. You will also receive full training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
