Executive Assistant (EA)

Location :  Faridabad (On-site)

Employment Type :  Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented  Executive Assistant (EA)  to support our Founder and ensure smooth operations across ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and communication for the Founder.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives, research, and follow-ups.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Requirements

  • Graduate in business / administration fields (BBA / MBA preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
