Role Overview
SerrariEd and Serrari Goup Online Learning brand is seeking a results-driven Digital and Online Sales & Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, subscription growth, and revenue expansion for our online learning solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven sales strategies, digital marketing tools, and customer insights to enhance our sales funnel and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
- Utilize SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive leads.
- Optimize conversion funnels through A / B testing, landing page enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with content and digital teams to create compelling sales-driven campaigns.
2. Subscription Growth & Retention
Drive the expansion of SerrariEd’s subscription-based learning models.Develop and manage customer onboarding processes to enhance retention.Utilize data analytics to track engagement and optimize customer lifetime value (CLV).Implement referral programs, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives.3. Revenue Growth & Sales Optimization
Develop promotional campaigns to boost revenue.Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the platform.Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.Work closely with content and digital teams to enhance monetization strategies.4. Digital Sales Channels & E-Commerce Strategy
Manage and optimize online sales channels, including SerrariEd’s website, learning platform, and third-party marketplaces.Ensure seamless integration between digital marketing efforts and sales funnels.Leverage automation tools for customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.5. Performance Metrics & Reporting
Define KPIs for digital sales performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation) to generate insights and reports.Provide regular updates on customer growth, subscription performance, and revenue trends.What You Will Be Doing

Develop and execute high-converting digital sales strategies to attract and retain customers.Create targeted lead generation campaigns using SEO, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.Optimize customer journey and experience to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.Use CRM tools and marketing automation to personalize outreach and nurture leads.✅ Subscription Growth
Design and implement subscription growth strategies to increase paid user base.Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and promotions to encourage renewals.Identify and test new pricing models to maximize subscription adoption.Work with content and product teams to ensure the value proposition aligns with market needs .✅ Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
Identify and execute new revenue opportunities , such as bundled course offerings and upsells.Optimize sales funnels and landing pages for improved performance.Build and manage affiliate programs and partnerships to drive additional revenue streams.Analyze and report on key sales and revenue metrics to refine strategies.✅ Market & Competitor Analysis
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.Provide data-backed recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.Stay updated on digital sales technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.What You Will NOT Be Doing
❌ Handling customer service queries (this will be managed by the support team).
❌ Creating course content (content development is handled by the subject matter experts).

❌ Designing graphics or websites (handled by the design and development teams).

Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Sales, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or eCommerce (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses).Hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, ), and lead generation funnels .Strong knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing automation, and A / B testing .Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, sales forecasting, and performance tracking .Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and customer retention.Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.Preferred :
