A leading financial services organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Data Stage Developer Lead.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL processes using IBM DataStage 11. Your expertise in banking / financial data integration projects involving payments, loans, credit, and regulatory data will be instrumental in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop ETL processes using IBM DataStage 11
Work on banking / financial data integration projects
Optimize and tune DataStage jobs for performance and scalability
Collaborate with data architects to define integration strategies and best practices
Work with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

10+ years of ETL development experience with at least 4+ years in IBM DataStage 11

Strong knowledge of banking / financial domain processes including payments, compliance, risk, regulatory reporting, customer data management

In-depth understanding of ETL methodologies, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling

Hands-on experience with parallel jobs, server jobs, sequencers, and complex transformations in DataStage
