Role Summary

We are looking for a talented, hungry, go getter Marketing Manager who can lead and execute both strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness .

This role is ideal for a result-oriented marketer with experience in services or healthcare marketing , capable of designing integrated campaigns (offline and digital) that convert awareness into enquiries and revenue.

You’ll be responsible for driving lead generation, ROI on marketing spends , and strengthening eMbrace’s brand visibility in the community and across offline & digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with eMbrace’s growth and revenue objectives.
• Design and implement integrated campaigns that balance digital, on-ground, and referral-based marketing .
• Drive marketing ROI through data-driven decisions and monthly performance reviews.
