Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Solar Site Engineer with 1 3 years of experience in the

execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects. The ideal candidate should be well-

versed in site supervision, quality checks, and electrical / mechanical installation of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise solar installation work at site including module mounting, structure erection,

inverter setup, and cabling.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Ensure site safety compliance and proper use of PPEs and safety measures.

Perform basic testing and commissioning of installed systems (inverters, modules, AC / DC

connections).

Troubleshoot installation and operational issues at the site level.

Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, and material tracking.

Conduct site inspections and report deviations or quality issues.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field.

1- 3 years of field experience in solar PV project execution.

Familiarity with solar equipment installation, wiring standards, and basic testing.

Ability to travel and work at project locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Good communication and coordination skills.

Hands-on Experience With Solar Rooftop Systems And Net Metering.

Knowledge of SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and basic electrical load calculations.

Understanding of DISCOM and MNRE installation protocols.
