Job Purpose :

To design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) processes within the organization, ensuring alignment of employee performance with business objectives. The role involves supporting performance appraisals, KPI setting, data analysis, and employee engagement to drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (goal setting, mid-year & annual appraisals, performance reviews).
• Support line managers in setting clear objectives and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports for leadership review.
• Identify high-performing employees and support succession planning initiatives.
• Assist in designing and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Partner with HR team on employee engagement and learning & development initiatives.
• Ensure PMS compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on the PMS framework.
