Job Description : Senior Java Developer / Lead

We are looking for an experienced Core Java professional with strong technical and leadership skills to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications.

Core Skills :

Core Java, Spring / Hibernate, Oracle / MySQL, Git, Maven, JIRA, Design Patterns, Problem Solving, Leadership, Offshore Delivery & Review.

Secondary Skills :

JPA, JSF, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful Web Services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Lead and mentor team members; ensure code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile setup.
• Handle UI development using HTML, CSS (SASS), JavaScript, jQuery, and Backbone.js.
• Build responsive and accessible interfaces (WAI-ARIA).
• Develop JSP pages with JSTL and custom tags.
• Maintain reusability, maintainability, and security in all deliverables.
