Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand the customer’s requirement and educate them about our solutions.
  • Provide accurate pricing estimates and explain service levels, turnaround times, and procedures.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential customers until closure.
  • Record all interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system .
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with distressed customers.
  • Lead Generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stake holders.
  • Selling solutions to SMEs and Corporates.
  • Demonstration / Presentation to Potential Customers.
  • Handling of Partners and Customers.
  • Win and manage clients and at all levels from all industries.
  • Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business.
  • Understand competitors and introduce sales strategy to penetrate these potential clients.
  • Experience in selling security software.

Skills & Qualifications

  • BE and MBA(Marketing and IT preferred )
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support (experience in IT or data recovery is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and local language).
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools , MS Office, and call handling systems.
