Key Responsibilities :

• Manage shift operations , including production and workforce allocation.
• Ensure SOP compliance , quality checks , and maintenance schedules are followed.
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and 5S standards to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Minimize scrap, downtime, and absenteeism while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
