Title : Team Leader – Full Stack Developer

Role Overview as a Team Leader – Full Stack , lead a team of software engineers while actively contributing to solution design, coding, and deployment. You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure technical excellence across the stack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both a builder and a leader, driving outcomes through mentorship and technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers, driving technical excellence and accountability.
• Architect, design, and implement web applications using .NET Core (C#), React.Js, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high quality features on schedule.
• Own code quality, design reviews, and best practice enforcement across the team.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and ECS.
• Define and implement CI / CD pipelines and monitor system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives within the GCC.
