Overview

At Cync Software , we’re redefining digital lending with AI-first solutions that power commercial, consumer, and real estate lending. We are embedding GenAI and Agentic AI into every stage of the lending lifecycle — from automating financial statement extraction and spreading, to orchestrating underwriting workflows, to monitoring covenants in real time.

As a Distinguished AI Engineer , you will help design and scale multi-layer AI (Transactional, Agentic, and GenAI) systems that reduce manual effort, accelerate decisioning, and reimagine how banks and credit unions serve their customers.

What You’ll Do

Build and orchestrate AI agents that execute multi-step lending workflows with accuracy, guardrails, and compliance.

Design, train, and optimize LLM and ML systems for credit memo generation, covenant monitoring, profitability analytics, and decision support.

Leverage AWS Bedrock, Claude, ChatGpt, Gemini, HuggingFace, PyTorch, RAG, VectorDBs, and orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable production AI.

Shape the long-term AI architecture roadmap while mentoring engineers and driving AI-first innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Fresher to 8+ years of experience designing and deploying AI / ML solutions (cloud-based, AWS preferred).

Strong background in LLMs, RAG, guardrails, vector databases, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, or similar).

Proven ability to balance research and production engineering , optimizing for cost, latency, and scalability.

Familiarity with model governance, explainability, and compliance in financial services.

Strong communicator who can bridge AI concepts with real-world banking workflows .
