We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join EQAR. The successful candidate will be responsible to design, build, and optimize high-performance trading software. The role involves developing scalable back-end systems, responsive front-end interfaces, and integrating APIs for market data, order execution, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have experience with real-time systems, financial workflows, and secure architecture. The candidate should be familiar with financial markets and quantitative techniques. Candidate should be highly proficient in web development and comfortable independently picking up additional languages or frameworks using modern technical resources.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1.Full-Stack Development : Develop front-end and back-end components, including user interfaces, application logic, and data management, using modern programming languages, frameworks, and APIs.

2.System Integration : Integrate software applications with existing systems, platforms, and third-party APIs to enable efficient data storage and workflow automation.

3.Real-Time Market Data & API Integration : Integrate live market data feeds, broker APIs, FIX / REST / Websocket endpoints. Implement efficient data streaming, parsing, throttling, and aggregation workflows.

4.Data Management : Design and implement data models and databases to manage financial data. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for scalability, performance, and integrity. Optimize queries and caching for high-frequency read / write operations.

5.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

6.Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, code documentation, and user manuals.

Qualifications & Background :

1.Education and Experience : Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 2-4 years of Full stack experience, preferably in the capital market industry.

2.Programming Skills :

a.Web development – Intermediate - Advanced

i.Must Skills - Website structuring and operation, Understanding of LAN / WAN, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Flask, Angular, React JS, Rust Programing Language

ii.Good to have : Plotly dash, server-client architecture optimization, log management, caching and multithreading, load balancing, web deployment on cloud servers.

b.Python – Intermediate

i.Must Skills - Basic DS, data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, SQL Alchemy)

ii.Good to have : Web scraping and Automation (Selenium, BeautifulSoup), office 365 integration (win32, docx, xslxwriter, openpyxl), design principles and logging.

3.Capital Market Knowledge : Understanding financial concepts, trading systems, and regulatory requirements, with familiarity in market data feeds and order management systems.

4.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical mindset.

5.Teamwork and Communication : Excellent collaboration skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

6.Adaptability and Innovation : Ability to adapt to changing requirements and technology landscapes, with the initiative to quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks, or tools using high-quality online references and modern AI-assisted learning resources. Passion for exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies in software development.
