About the role :

There is a 3-month probationary period designed for individuals interested in building a career in software implementation. This is a hybrid role that blends business analysis with technical configuration.

You will be trained in :

• Core modules of Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshservice, etc)
• Understanding client requirements and business workflows
• Configuring and customizing Freshworks tools
• Basics of ITSM / CRM, automation, and third-party integrations
• Hands-on workshops, shadowing of implementation engineers
• Understanding of how businesses work and function
• Stipend will be provided for the course of 3 months.
