We specialize in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO and media analytics. We are a young and ambitious startup, aiming to make a mark in the digital marketing space with our strong capabilities in data and analytics.

In about 2.5 years of existence, we have grown to a team size of 80, managing some of the leading brands in the country. The founding team has over 4 decades of cumulative experience across fields of Digital Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing and Marketing Technology.

Job Description :

We're looking for a Strategy Lead, to work from our client’s office in Banergatta, Bangalore. The candidate should be experienced in managing key stakeholders and should have a holistic understanding of digital ecosystem and ability to bring in digital solutions to solve for business problems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance marketing, and a track record of driving top notch client management practices.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Liaison with the client for all strategic initiatives within digital marketing and related domains that align with overall business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency along with ensuring immaculate project delivery
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and technologies which can aid the client to deliver scale and / or efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation
  • Effectively manage client expectations and address any concerns or challenges. Bring together the account team to drive client objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers at the agency, ensuring their performance meets expectations and client needs.
  • Delegate tasks effectively & provide clear direction to the team with regards to desired outcomes and client expectations.

You are fit for the role if you are someone with / has :

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing (managed digital spends upwards of 20 Cr+ in a year)
  • Proven experience managing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including but not restricted to Google, Meta, DV360)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics4, MMPs, etc.)
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Has demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in his / her previous experience.
