Site QA / AT Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Quality Assurance and Acceptance Testing activities at various project sites. Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and compliance checks as per company and client standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and readiness for AT. Prepare and validate AT reports, punch lists, and final documentation for handover. Ensure all installation work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions. Manage acceptance timelines and ensure timely sign-offs from stakeholders.
• Train and guide QA / AT teams and support quality process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Telecom / Electronics / Electrical / Civil). Minimum 5 years of experience in site QA / AT in telecom or infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of site quality checks, AT procedures, and documentation standards. Familiarity with telecom site components (BTS, MW, RF, power systems) and civil work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and travel to multiple site locations.
