Digital Growth Hacker (Social, SEO & Lead Gen)

Location : Gurugram (Onsite only, with flexibility)

Type : Full-Time

Reports to : Founder & CEO

We are INNOFarms.AI — a category-defining Agri-ClimateTech startup . We’re building the AI-powered operating system for food systems , with pilots / projects across the MENA & India and an aggressive global scale-up plan.

Now is the moment to take our story to the world — across social, SEO, and lead gen funnels — so we can close pilots, Projects, onboard customers, and accelerate fundraising.

The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Growth Hacker who is obsessed with execution and outcomes . Not strategy decks. No agency management person, no endless discussions. Real growth, fast.

This role is about getting your hands dirty and owning :

  • Social media firepower
  • SEO dominance
  • Lead generation that fills the BD pipeline

You’ll be the engine that makes INNOFarms.AI impossible to ignore in AgriTech, ClimateTech.

What You’ll Do (Execution, Not Theory)

  • Social Media Hustle
  • Run , Instagram, and Twitter handles end-to-end aggressively, not slow weeks / months of planning and miss the opportunity.
  • Design and post daily / weekly content (graphics, reels, gifs, product teasers), whatever takes, not looking for a digital agency, or someone else to create content / assets for you.
  • Amplify Founder & leadership branding on .
  • Performance & Lead Gen Campaigns
  • Launch and optimize ads ().
  • Run landing pages , email campaigns, and WhatsApp drip sequences.
  • Weekly lead-gen reporting : pipeline created, vs conversions.
  • SEO & Content Growth
  • Own INNOFarms.AI SEO strategy — from keyword planning to backlinks.
  • Drive organic traffic with blogs, product landing pages, and ranking campaigns.
  • Growth Experiments
  • Run A / B tests on creatives, audiences, and channels.
  • Hack new community channels for visibility (Reddit, Quora, niche Agri / Climate forums).
  • Who You Are

  • 1–5 years of hands-on execution in digital marketing, growth, or performance.
  • Can build social creatives yourself (Canva, Adobe, Figma).
  • Have run paid campaigns with real results .
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Insights, HubSpot).
  • Hustler mindset : speed >

  • Bonus : Worked in startups, AgriTech, FoodTech, or SaaS .
  • Compensation

  • Base Salary : Market Standard
  • Performance Bonus : Quarterly, tied directly to lead gen + pipeline contribution
  • Growth Path : if you can show results, Scale into Head of Growth (with ESOPs)
