The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
