Role Overview :
We are looking for a Technical Writer Executive to support our recruitment documentation and compliance processes. The role involves preparing, formatting, reviewing, and maintaining recruitment-related documents, resumes, and templates as per client standards. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in a documentation-focused role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Format and align resumes and documents as per client compliance and company templates.
- Review and proofread resumes for accuracy, grammar, and consistency using tools like Grammarly.
- Maintain daily submission records and updates on MS Excel.
- Support the team in preparing and submitting documents through various portals (VMS / MSP).
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, templates, and style guides related to recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during document submission or formatting.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Required Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (mandatory).Good eye for detail, formatting, and proofreading.Basic understanding of recruitment or HR documentation (preferred but not mandatory).Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Team player with strong coordination and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, HR, or any related field.Prior experience (internship or 6 months–1 year) in documentation, technical writing, or recruitment support will be an advantage.Key Attributes :
