We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in US Staffing to join our team in Bhopal. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to management and employees, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives while driving talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with US staffing business goals.

Guide workforce planning, employee relations, performance management & compliance.

Ensure fair, transparent, and company-focused decision-making.

Support recruitment teams with talent acquisition, onboarding & retention (W2, C2C, 1099, FTE).

Drive employee engagement, reduce turnover & foster positive work culture.

Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and employee relations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business (master’s preferred).

7+ years HR experience (with 3+ years in US Staffing).

Knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and staffing models (W2, 1099, C2C, FTE).

Strong interpersonal, decision-making & conflict-resolution skills.

Must demonstrate career stability (not a frequent job hopper).

Experience with ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal)
