We are looking for a Senior Manager – Content Strategy who can lead our Client brand’s narrative end-to-end. Someone who can design a strong content blueprint across digital and offline channels, guide creative teams, and ensure every communication is aligned, impactful, and business-driven. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and scale the complete content ecosystem across web, app, social, CRM, video, offline, and more.
- Create a strong Content Governance Framework (tone of voice, guidelines, standards, compliance).
- Define omnichannel messaging strategy including campaigns, brand films, influencers, and UGC.
- Lead creative direction for agencies and internal teams — and act as the final strategic sign-off .
- Own content performance , measure impact, and translate insights into action.
- Drive YouTube + influencer strategy and turn real customer stories into high-impact narratives.
Qualifications :
10–15 years of experience leading content or editorial strategy for major consumer brands.A rare blend of creative storytelling + strategic thinking + business acumen .Strong command over digital content, SEO, performance metrics, and emerging content trends.Experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or similar industries is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.If shaping the content DNA of a brand excites you, this role is built for you.
This is a full -time contractual role based out of Lower Parel , Mumbai for 3 to 6 months
