About the Job : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cloud Database Engineer with expertise in MariaDB and AWS RDS to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring high-performance, secure, and resilient database environments, especially during migration and optimization phases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in database setup, performance tuning, and implementing security and compliance standards in cloud infrastructure.

Job Location : Multiple Location (Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)

Educational Background : Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement high-performance, resilient, and secure database solutions.
• Perform day-to-day migration tasks including backup / restore, cross-region replication, and database optimization.
• Set up, configure, and optimize MariaDB instances within AWS RDS environments.
• Assist in schema migration, query optimization, and troubleshooting during pre- and post-migration phases.
• Ensure database reliability, availability, and compliance with SLA requirements.
• Implement replication setups and verify backup / restore procedures.
• Understand and translate security guidelines into actionable technology tasks.
• Design and enforce security standards for AWS environments, Infrastructure as Code, and database encryption, monitoring, logging, and compliance.
