About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect who can design and lead scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to guide teams in delivering world-class Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Salesforce solution architecture and ensure adherence to best practices.
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs.
Lead architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
Define data models, integration architectures, workflows, and system flows.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and design reviews for development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
Ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability in all Salesforce solutions.
Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience , including architecture / design responsibilities.

Must have at least 2 Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).

Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Integrations (REST / SOAP).

Expertise in CRM data modeling, security model, automation, and system design.

Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI / CD, and Salesforce deployment processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Immediate joiner preferred.
