About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
