Software Development Engineer - Front-End

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer – Front-End to join our engineering team and lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually engaging web applications. In this role, you will architect front-end solutions, drive best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end applications.
• Champion best practices in code quality, UI / UX design, testing, and performance optimization.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architecture and reusable components.
• Build and optimize front-end applications using React.js (preferred) or Angular with Tailwind CSS .
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UIs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical features / modules, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews, provide architectural direction, and mentor SDE-1 / 2 engineers.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
• Evaluate and introduce new frameworks, tools, and technologies to boost productivity and quality.
