About the Job :

Glocify Technologies Pvt Ltd is urgently looking for experienced and passionate PHP Developers to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing dynamic web applications using PHP and related technologies and be ready to take ownership of development tasks.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs :

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
Design and develop efficient MySQL database schemas and queries
Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs for integration with front-end and third-party applications
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, front-end developers) to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing
Ensure proper documentation of application features, APIs, and database structures
Monitor and resolve application issues in a timely manner
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems

Required Skillset :

Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Solid experience in Laravel framework development

Hands-on experience in developing and integrating RESTful web services and APIs

Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts

Knowledge of version control tools like Git

Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database interactions

Experience in working with front-end technologies (basic knowledge of frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus)

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Good understanding of web application security principles

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
