Your Role

As an HR Senior Executive at StayVista, you'll be helping us achieve our goals. You'll design and execute organisational strategies that align with our vision, working closely with management to identify and meet staffing needs.

About You

  • 06-1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on various HR functions
  • Handle multiple HR functions, including employee Induction, Employee engagement,  leave management, data management, and handling employee grievances, as well as assisting in policy formation and implementation.
  • Support HR projects and daily administrative tasks
  • Conduct research and assist in implementing HR policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
