Job description

Role : SAP Project Manager

Job Type : Full-time (FTE)

Work Mode : Onsite 5 days WFO

Age Criteria : Applicants must be below 45 years of age

Experience Required :

  • Overall 10- 15 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably SAP implementation projects
  • Proven expertise in leading SAP S / 4HANA implementations and rollouts

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Define project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Oversee SAP S / 4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integration with legacy systems
  • Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and report progress to senior management
  • Lead project governance meetings and manage vendor / partner relationships effectively
  • Drive user adoption by overseeing training, documentation, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational goals

    • Required Skillsets :

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and SAP implementation methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or equivalent
  • PMP certification or equivalent (Prince2, PMI-ACP preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR modules
  • Ability to manage multicultural teams across geographies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
