Good knowledge on different Service Now modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Management, CMDB, Service Portal , Workspaces etc
Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform
Experience in ServiceNow Mobile App development and configurations.
Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Performance Analytics in depth knowledge.
Hands on in Workspaces customization – Service Operation Workspace, Asset Workspace
Implementation experience in writing test cases in Automated Tested Framework
Understanding of client side and server-side scripting - business rules, script actions, script includes, UI pages, UI macro, etc.
