Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Automation) with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks , ensuring product quality across diverse AI-driven projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in automation, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering robust, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive end-to-end automation to improve coverage, speed, and reliability of releases.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing .
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation .
  • Identify gaps in processes and proactively improve CI / CD pipelines with automated quality gates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing .
  • Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium .
  • Strong experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript / TypeScript).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies , and QA best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience with AI / ML product testing or data-heavy applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
