Job Title : Payroll Executive

Location : Mumbai (Dahisar)

Experience : 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing.

Department : Human Resources / Accounts

Reports To : HR Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary :

The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
• Handle full and final settlements for exited employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS etc.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for inputs like new joiners, resignations, and salary changes.
• Prepare and share payroll reports and MIS as required.
• Manage reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
• Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support in internal and external payroll audits.
