Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager HR to lead our human resources department. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and drive employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
• Manage US Payroll and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Implement and maintain Performance Review Process [monthly, quarterly & annually]
