Job description

Educational Qualification(s) :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Duties & Responsibilities :

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and / or SolidWorks is required.

Strong knowledge of architectural and site plans, including layouts, elevations, and sections.

Experience in mechanical or structural drafting is a plus.

Understanding of building codes, industry standards, and drafting best practices.

Ability to interpret sketches, engineering notes, and design specifications.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Minimum Requirements :

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software is required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and technologies.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

A portfolio showcasing any relevant projects or coursework is a plus.

Knowledge of other design software like SketchUp, or SolidWorks is an advantage.

Experience with BIM software (Revit) and 3D modelling is an advantage.

Knowledge of construction and fabrication processes.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
