Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced L3 SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our global operations team. This is a technical support role focused on incident resolution, request management, troubleshooting , and platform administration for a global Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform with strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to support enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle L3-level incidents and service requests related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and other M365 services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SharePoint Online infrastructure including site collections, permissions, performance, and compliance.
• Manage and resolve sync issues, outages, and performance-related problems across SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Administer OneDrive for Business including backup, DLP, retention, and compliance policies.
• Assist in transitioning Nintex forms / workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Act as an escalation point for junior support staff and contribute to process improvement within the operations team.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
