We are seeking a highly skilled Remediation Scrum Master to lead and drive large-scale remediation initiatives within a complex, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe Agile) combined with a solid understanding of remediation programs —including risk mitigation, compliance resolution, and issue management. You will partner closely with business, technology, and control teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of remediation activities aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Scrum Leadership : Act as the servant leader for one or more Scrum teams, guiding them in the effective use of Agile principles and practices to deliver remediation objectives efficiently.
- Remediation Program Delivery : Manage end-to-end remediation projects—from issue identification, impact assessment, and root-cause analysis to execution, validation, and closure—ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory expectations.
- Agile Governance : Implement SAFe Agile principles to coordinate multiple teams across large-scale remediation programs. Facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning, iteration reviews, and retrospectives, driving transparency and accountability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with Product Owners, Risk Managers, and Control Partners to maintain clear communication, prioritize backlog items, and ensure alignment between remediation goals and business outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, driving retrospectives, and implementing actionable insights for better team performance and delivery.
- Metrics & Reporting : Track and report progress against remediation milestones, sprint goals, and compliance deliverables using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and facilitate proactive mitigation. Ensure that remediation activities adhere to governance frameworks and meet audit standards.
- Coaching & Mentorship : Mentor Scrum team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and SAFe adoption, building organizational agility and self-managing teams.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience : 9–13 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role , and proven involvement in remediation or regulatory compliance programs .Certifications (Preferred) :Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA)Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (nice to have)Technical / Functional Expertise :Strong understanding of remediation frameworks, control validation, and regulatory reporting.Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and cross-team deliverables in a scaled Agile setup.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
