Business Strategy Director

Job description7–8 years of experience in business strategy roles within finance, fintech, or relevant fast-growth sectors. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and strategic projects. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including data analysis for business decisions. Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, economics, or related field. Deep understanding or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital finance, and rapidly evolving regulatory environments. Ability to design and optimize monetization models, fee structures, and referral programs. Skilled in leading and aligning cross-functional teams across marketing and tech. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with user growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing is a plus. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact strategies to drive new user acquisition, retention, and engagement across B2C and B2B segments.
- Design brand positioning strategies to make SunCrypto a trusted household name in crypto.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, content teams, and social media strategists to create a unified brand voice.
- Lead GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for product launches, partnerships, and geographical expansions.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with influencers, fintech platforms, educational institutions, and media houses.
- Represent SunCrypto at key fintech, blockchain, and crypto industry events to enhance the brand’s thought leadership.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors to the platform.
- Collaborate with the Founders, Product, Marketing, Community, and Support teams to align strategy with execution.
- Drive revenue innovation through new product offerings, pricing models, and ecosystem integrations.
