Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot / AngularJS

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer with strong experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and Angular for the frontend, along with solid database and cloud exposure.

You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and delivering end-to-end solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the stack.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Core Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Implement and maintain secure, high-performance server-side components.
• Work on microservices-based architectures and participate in containerization (Docker / Kubernetes good to have).
• Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability and fault-tolerance.
• Integrate third-party services, authentication frameworks (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect), and logging / monitoring systems.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and modular user interfaces using Angular (v8 or above), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.
• Develop reusable UI components, implement state management, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers to deliver visually polished and accessible applications.
• Optimize front-end performance and adhere to best practices for web security and maintainability.
• Work with DB2 and PostgreSQL databases for data storage and management.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database performance tuning.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient schema design and data integrity.
• Use Git, Maven / Gradle, and Jenkins for version control, build automation, and continuous integration.
• Participate in CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation for consistent delivery.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry is a plus.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging setup to ensure system reliability.
• Work in an Agile / Scrum development environment with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product).
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and peer programming sessions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards.
