Role Description

This is a full-time role for an SCM Consultant - D365 Finance & Operations, located on-site in Navi Mumbai. The SCM Consultant will be responsible for managing and consulting on business processes and supply chain management within D365 Finance & Operations. The typical day-to-day tasks will include analyzing supply chain processes, providing management consulting, and strategizing improvements for business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

Ø Lead system configuration, data migration, and integration efforts for D365 Finance & Operations modules, including :

• Inventory Management
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Product Information Management
• Sales & Marketing
• Transportation Management
• Vendor Collaboration
• Warehouse Management
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for respective processes.
• Ensure change management and training are completed, including :
• Resource readiness
• Updated business documentation (SOPs)
• Create acceptance test plans and criteria along with test data sets.
