Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a

Senior Full Stack Engineer

with a strong backend focus and proven expertise in the

MERN stack

to take complete ownership of system architecture and development. This role demands a hands-on leader capable of delivering scalable, high-performance applications end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end architecture for complex web applications.

Lead backend development using Node.js and Express.js, with strong MongoDB optimization skills.

Develop responsive, maintainable frontends using React.js.

Define coding best practices, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

6–8+ years professional experience (less than 6 years not eligible).

Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and database optimization.

Hands-on cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure preferred).

Strong GitHub portfolio demonstrating quality work—mandatory.

Must be able to join within 30 days (highly preferred)
