Role Overview

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee multiple client projects and technical teams across geographies. This person will play a key leadership role in ensuring project delivery excellence while freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives on mentoring developers, coordinating teams, engaging directly with clients, and balancing multiple priorities. You’ll serve as the bridge between business strategy and engineering execution — ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple engineering teams across concurrent client projects
• Serve as the primary technical and delivery lead for select accounts, interfacing directly with clients
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce development best practices
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design and technical direction
• Track progress across initiatives, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve delivery challenges
• Work closely with leadership to plan team capacity, allocate resources, and identify process improvements
• Support estimation, proposals, and technical documentation for new initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence across the engineering organization
